IT Mergers & Acquisitions
We lead site IT Transitions from start to finish, including the development of Swapkits (a collection of IT Systems for transfer from Buyer to Seller). We develop project plans complete with timelines, organizational structures to support, application transition mapping, implementation window planning, device transitioning, and more.

Application Development
We build custom applications tailor fit to organizations’ work processes often utilizing React for interactive user interfaces, MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases for data storage, and Microsoft Azure or AWS for cloud hosting.
We also modernize applications, transitioning from legacy systems to modern architectures to enable more efficient collaboration.
Website Design & Management
We create both internal and external websites (in addition to the Web Apps above) from scratch, update existing sites, and migrate legacy sites to newer, more functional designs.

Blockchain Integration
Our team has experience building blockchain digital assets, web3 applications, and APIs.
